REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
   You can return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
   Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
   Some items (such as clearance items or custom items) may not be returnable. These circumstances will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
   To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Return Authorization:
You will receive a Return Authorization email from us with instructions on how to return the item. Do not return the item without requesting a Return Authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs
   If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
   If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. change of mind), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if the refund is approved or denied.
   If approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
   If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process before placing a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
   If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will exchange the item or issue a refund at your option.
7. Final Sale Items
   Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
